VOLCANO CAKE 100% Created by Chama Bovee - It will have them screaming, "YOU ARE THE COOLEST MOM E-VER!"

So for the moment I am going to tease you with just the photo of the cake... and when I get a moment I will post how I made this and how you, too, can be... THE COOLEST MOM E-VER. HA-HA!

PS... Sorry for the boasting in the title, but DANG I was rather darn proud of myself for conjuring this one up!

WARNING

It was brought to my attention by a dear friend of mine that I don't make recipes the way it is listed and she is constantly probing me for "what I did different". SO! Just so you know, the recipes in my blog are EXACTLY how they were printed/given to me/read in the cookbook unless I admit to adapting it. That way you can tweak it to your own liking but can refer to the original if needed and, well, I can save face in case you don't like my version. So, with that being said, I truly hope you love these recipes as much as I do and if you want to know what I did different, just ask me!

Oh... and just a little side note... Cast Iron should be the only thing you ever use for pancakes or anything else you might be frying for that matter and with a lot of butter :)
